It also gives you tips and instructions, information on nutrients, the amount required and preparation from the first day your baby tries solid food until he goes to school.
The book contains weekly menu plans and menus for each meal. The recipes for each meal are in the recipe section of the book. It contains a total of 200 cooking recipes.
It goes without saying that the menu plans and recipes do not have to be followed strictly, but they serve as a guide to create your baby's weekly meal plan.
